When Audi of America launched the RS 6 performance into the USA, it celebrated by creating a Bronze Edition with 75 each of the RS 6 Avant performance and the RS 7 performance. The car was finished in Sebring Black crystal effect paint, featured an Audi exclusive interior with bronze stitching and is most notably identified by its matte neodymium gold 22” 5-Y-spoke wheels. Audi of America only elected to use the matte neodymium gold wheels on the Bronze edition, blocking this wheel option from other RS 6 and RS 7 production even though it was available as a line item option in Europe.
