EXPANDED DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEMS
Audi is introducing a new three-tier assistance package structure consisting of Tech, Tech Plus and Tech Pro packages.
At the center of the new system is adaptive cruise assist plus, which combines adaptive cruise control with active lane guidance at speeds up to 210 km/h (130 mph). Vehicles equipped with automatic transmissions can provide both longitudinal and lateral vehicle guidance while monitoring lane markings, roadside infrastructure and surrounding traffic.
A new capability allows the system to automatically brake for red traffic lights and resume driving when the light changes if the vehicle has not come to a complete stop.

UPDATED LIGHT SIGNATURES FOR S3 AND RS 3
Exterior changes are subtle but include new digital daytime running light signatures throughout the lineup.
Drivers equipped with Matrix LED headlights can select from four daytime running light designs through the MMI system. Three of the available signatures are newly developed for standard A3 models.
The S3 and RS 3 also receive unique lighting signatures and dedicated badging within the Singleframe grille. The RS 3 retains its checkered-flag-inspired daytime running light motif, while the S3 receives its own distinctive graphic for the first time.
BROAD RANGE OF POWERTRAINS CONTINUES
Audi will continue offering the A3 with a wide variety of powertrains.
