Audi took the stage at IAA Mobility 2025 with a powerful mix of heritage and future vision. The four rings unveiled the striking Concept C, a study previewing Audi’s next era of design with a focus on clarity and progressive form language. Alongside it, Audi brought motorsport history to the show floor in the form of a legendary Auto Union Type C Grand Prix racer, linking the brand’s pre-war early grand prix (i.e. F1) racing dominance to its forward-looking identity. Adding a production-ready highlight, the brand also debuted the refreshed Q3 Sportback, which continues to build momentum in the premium compact SUV segment.

Audi’s Volkswagen Group siblings also had headline reveals. Porsche pulled the wraps off the new 911 Turbo S hybrid, combining iconic design with advanced electrified performance that underscores Stuttgart’s evolving future. Volkswagen itself introduced updates across its ID. range, while Cupra showed the Tindaya, a bold design study aimed at younger, urban audiences, keeping its positioning as the most rebellious of the group intact.

The shared presence underscored the Volkswagen Group’s breadth of innovation, with Audi’s balance of heritage and forward-looking design language standing as a strong narrative thread. From the timeless curves of the Auto Union Type C to the bold, minimal surfaces of the Concept C, Audi demonstrated both where it has come from and where it is going. The message from Ingolstadt seems clear: the four rings remain committed to progress, and they’ll do it with unmistakable Audi DNA.
