The latest generation of the Audi A6 Avant has only recently reached European roads, but the aftermarket is already responding. German suspension specialist H&R Spezialfedern has introduced a new set of lowering springs designed specifically for the new A6 Avant, giving Audi’s upper-mid-size wagon a more purposeful stance while sharpening its driving dynamics.
It’s a familiar formula. Reduce the wheel arch gap, lower the center of gravity and tighten up chassis response — all without compromising the everyday usability expected from Audi’s premium long-distance cruiser.

SUBTLE DROP WITH BENEFITS
H&R’s new spring set lowers the A6 Avant by approximately 25 mm at the front and 20 mm at the rear, visually emphasizing the wagon’s wide stance and long, flat silhouette.
According to H&R, the revised ride height improves more than just aesthetics. The lowered center of gravity helps reduce body movement while delivering a more direct steering response and greater overall stability.
Importantly, the springs are engineered to work with the car’s factory shock absorbers, preserving ride comfort and long-distance drivability — key attributes for a vehicle designed to balance business travel, family duties and lifestyle use.
The application currently covers the A6 Avant 2.0 TDI quattro (including MHEV variants) from the 2025 model year onward, marking one of the first aftermarket suspension options available for Audi’s latest PPC-platform wagon.

WHAT ABOUT NORTH AMERICA?
If you’re from the U.S. or Canada, you’re likely wondering what this means for you.
The new A6 Avant is not sold in North America, meaning the wagon-specific spring kit won’t directly apply to most owners in the region where ooooIYKYK is based. However, because the A6 sedan shares the same platform and underlying suspension architecture, it’s likely a sedan solution geared for the North American A6 will follow.
Owners interested in upgrading their cars should contact H&R USA directly for information about sedan compatibility or upcoming applications. European customers can find H&R at www.h-r.com.
