MTM Automotive Audi RS 6 Final Edition

German Audi specialist MTM Automotive GmbH has unveiled the RS 6 Final Edition, an augmented version of the Audi RS 6 Avant (C8). The project serves as a send-off to the C8-based car and represents one of the most extreme conversions MTM has offered for the platform.

Power comes from the familiar 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8, extensively modified by MTM. Output is rated at 1,001 metric horsepower (approximately 987 hp) and 1,250 Nm of torque. The increase is achieved through upgraded turbochargers, revised engine management software, and supporting hardware modifications. Power is sent through the standard quattro all-wheel-drive system and eight-speed automatic transmission.

Chassis revisions include MTM-specific suspension calibration and lightweight forged wheels. The Final Edition rides lower than stock, and braking hardware is upgraded to match the increased performance. Exterior changes remain relatively restrained, with MTM badging, model-specific detailing, and available carbon fiber components distinguishing it from a standard RS 6.

Inside, the cabin receives bespoke trim elements including contrast stitching, embroidered logos, and MTM-branded details on the seats and sills. Carbon fiber accents and custom upholstery options are available depending on specification.

While full independent performance figures have not been published, the output places the RS 6 Final Edition among the most powerful RS 6-based builds to date. Production numbers and pricing have not been broadly disclosed, reinforcing its status as a limited production conversion aimed at established MTM clients and collectors.
