We heard from two reliable sources that the launch of the Audi RS 5 (B10) is imminent. Given that, we wanted to share what we’ve heard.
First up was Auditography who happened to mention in our last podcast episode with him that he was scheduled to get access to the car and photograph it. Such access would align with early access given to European press that’s usually embargoed until the final launch. While he didn’t mention a date specifically, the fact that he’s already booked for it suggests it’ll be soon.
Then, earlier this week, one of our favorite Instagram-based spy photographers @Wilkoblok shared a few more spy photos and a post confirming February 19th as a possible reveal date. The photos he shared, also posted here, are likely spy photos he’s shot before though they do see one wheel design in particular we haven’t seen before. In as much, they’re probably recent.
As for the launch itself, we haven’t heard anything official yet, but we’re adding February 19th to our watch calendar just to be sure.
