Audi’s first Formula 1 season continues to generate momentum far beyond the paddock. In a surprise crossover between motorsport and technology culture, the Audi Revolut F1 Team has placed an Audi R26 Formula 1 display car outside the Apple Store Fifth Avenue ahead of the season-opening Australian Grand Prix.
The installation, announced via Audi’s social channels earlier today – race day, invites fans in New York City to see the car in person before gathering to watch the race broadcast later in the evening.
The Australian Grand Prix begins at 11PM EST – local in New York City.
