Now three events into the racing season, Audi Revolut F1 has experienced some changes and is finally hitting its stride—with both cars and drivers finishing races. While there’s always room for improvement, the team and its infrastructure have effectively come up to speed. With that in mind, I wanted to take a closer look at how I’ve evolved F1 coverage on this website.
THE 2025 SEASON SAUBER APPROACH
During the 2025 season, I focused primarily on post-race summaries. A quick story recounting the race, paired with team quotes and Sauber-approved photography, proved to be an effective formula.
CONSISTENCY WITH REPORTS ON EVERY DAY OF RACE ACTIVITY
This year, Audi has elevated its PR approach with consistent distribution of photography, quotes, and team summaries throughout race week, broken down by day. Given how much more Audi racing aficionados want to stay informed, I’ve adjusted to match that cadence—publishing content throughout the event while supplementing it with key series data the team doesn’t necessarily provide, but which helps contextualize their progress.
When it comes to the newsletter, I’m only going to link the race report in the email version. All F1 stories will go into the online version of the newsletter found on the ooooIYKYK.com website. Emails tend to be constrained by length. Not all stories tend to fit in that, so the least newsworthy are often culled.
DATA: THE STORY IN NUMBERS
With each practice session, qualifying session, Sprint, and Grand Prix, I’m including relevant data—such as event schedules, Top 10 results, and any Audi entries that fall outside that range, along with their ranking in context. At the conclusion of each race, I’m also including driver and team standings—Top 10 for drivers and a full table for teams, given there are only 11.
KEY LINKS, LIVE STREAMS, VIDEO & PODCASTS
Each section includes key links to both Audi Revolut F1 and the broader F1 series. Direct links are also provided for session and race streams as they become available on Apple TV.
I’m also actively curating video and podcast content from across the F1 ecosystem. The series has a wide spectrum of creators and analysts—from official and professional outlets to highly informed independent voices. If the content is relevant, informative, and speaks to Audi Revolut F1’s progress, it earns a place here.
ALSO F1 ACADEMY
On F1 Academy race weekends, I’ll be including similar coverage and data, supported by Audi’s increased effort in providing news and photography from the series. Credit where it’s due—this is an important and genuinely inspiring platform for the next generation of fans.
BUT WHAT ABOUT AUDI SPORT CUSTOMER RACING?
This is where things get more challenging. Audi Sport customer racing is winding down, and with it, the brand has scaled back distribution of photography and race summaries from teams competing globally. I’ll do my best to continue covering it, but coverage may be more opportunistic given the fragmented nature of lower-tier series and limited PR infrastructure.
If this is an area you care strongly about, let me know. Reader interest will ultimately guide how much attention it receives. I enjoy this side of the sport, but with limited resources, the publication has to prioritize what drives engagement. Without clear demand, coverage may be limited to only the most significant developments.
